What this means is as a landlord I can drive to my rental property with my gun unloaded and in a case designed for use as a firearm case, separate from ammunition and when I get to my property, when I get on my property I can load my gun and carry it on my property.

Most of the time most companies should only charge you around 1500 per panel for an up grade like that.On the copper its a safer metal then aluminum when its carrying an electrical load.

In TX storm doors and windows are a waste so I didn't do those, not sure in your area.In short I could SELL the value of leasing my property versus a competing one based on the lower utility bills the tenant would have.

For comparison, a 12 credit hour load at a university would be about 180 hours of classroom time, plus additional study time.
