It makes a conventional loan process look like a no doc loan from 10 years ago......If these lenders were to give you the laundry list of documents you're going to need to get to closing and tell you everything you'll have to do BEFORE you put down your deposit, they'd never do any business.The rep actually told me that getting thru the term sheet offer was the most difficult part in terms of the paperwork.
