I wanted to be liquid to invest in multifamily and support myself as I hunt for a multifamily deal.

That would mean if you increased your CF by $1600/month, your existing mrtg. pmt would be $3621/month.I don't see how this is all possible... in any universe where math is involved.

We did not get assistance from Support to assist us with figuring out how to run numbers for a multi-family off market property.  

@Aaron J Randolph Tech support just got off the phone with your tenant doing the steps above, and that did the trick! 

Much more picky and fussy I've found (you might use the word 'entitled' :-)One of the reasons I prefer VRBO....that and the general attitude and lack of host support over at AIR. 

By having some familiarity with it and a support network in place it’ll limit your risk of making a foolish mistake.

Is your portfolio large enough to support a higher payment with a quicker pay down or do you need the cashflow to stay afloat? 

Unless you are trying to do something radical and what to try and garner support from neighbors, there is no need to increase your projects risk by inviting more people to voice negative opinions about what you want to do.
