Assistance Needed -with the Calculator for a Multi-Property

I just joined as Pro last week.  Was looking forward to diving into to work with the calculator to run some numbers for an off-market multi-family property. We did not get assistance from Support to assist us with figuring out how to run numbers for a multi-family off market property.  Who can assist?
