I am graduating from the University of South Carolina in December 2019.

Does anyone know of any real estate related classes from an accredited University that I can take online?

For example Como, Stop-6, SE Fort Worth, and the area around Wesleyan University (areas I think of as C to D generally) will not sustain those rates, while Chapel Creek / White Settlement, most of Benbrook,the areas near Hulen Mall, Saginaw, parts of Cleburne, Mansfield, Arlington, and many others will do so easily.  

Hey all, I recently just graduated from college as an Environmental Science major, but in my final year at university, I had become introduced to REI and like most became quickly obsessed with it.

If it's close to a hospital, a university, or another large employer, most of them have a department that will help folks that are relocating find housing.

We closed some off campus properties in Akron and Kent (for university of Akron and Kent state students) last year and they were no where near that value. 

I've seen rentals in Union by Kean University and the train station for around:$1,600 for a 2 bedroom/1 bath$1,800-$2,000 for a 3 bedroom/1 bathI've been targeting towns that have NJ transit routes as a way of a selling point, but just wanted to get a general opinion on the rental market out there.

But my last purchase (condo) makes me doubt should I sell or rent it, because is newer build and good location (near hospital, university and major highways).Tenants would be upper class...

Almost certainly the tenants of this would be college students in a university known for partying.
