Further down the road, I plan to purchase increasingly larger commercial properties as well as starting a couple of side businesses.We are ultimately looking for financial freedom and to be able to pass on something big that could impact our family for generations to come.  

Ultimately a "Pro" membership is a great investment if you are willing to put the work into the forums.

I started the process with CuttingEdge homes, but I'm a little concerned that they are a little vague on ultimate costs for the project (even ballparks) and don't have any outlines as to what I can be expected to take care of on my own.  

We have the cash to cover it but would ultimately want to immediately free it up for the repair costs.

My ultimate goal is Financial Independence through multifamily investing.      

I'm so bad at buying into the hype and end up buying whatever people are selling whether it's the latest get rich quick scheme, diet fad or the newest blender!
