@Atwan KwanThere are pesticides you can apply that work well for centipedes, but if you only see one or two of these occasionally, you can set out some glue traps and that will more than likely do the trick.

We either self fund, or have a private investor with cash lined up.Another trick that saves escrow fees is via an LLCs... vest it to an LLC, and sell that LLC.With REO's be prepared if you can't find a buyer to lose your EMD.
