@Mike Abramov to my knowledge from creating websites is that it doesn’t really matter as long as you advertise your website as .net they’ll be able to find it.

@Geneva Crisostomo It's best to make sure the infrastructure is in place before advertising (i.e. lot paved and/or concreted, access to water/sewer, electric, gas, etc).

Plus they dont advertise that they have a 10% admin fee so your profit is actually 10% lower than whatever is in the contract (not all vendors charge admin fees, but you need to check).
