I always recommend keeping any property that is equitable unless you're liquidating to trade up for a better deal.

With your experience with rehabs maybe partner up with a real estate agent to round out the skills you may be missing.

The primary Team members are typically Attornies, real estate Agents or Brokers, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, General Contractors (or single trade people), and Handeymen.  

Well connected in the area with GC's and trades if anyone needs a referral would be glad to point you in the right direction.  

They invest for you across different properties and it trades on stock market.

No money has traded hands yet but we are in contract and I want to make sure i have a clean shot to p&l statements for each property.    

You can start to build skills as a landlord/property manager and build equity via your tenants money.

How does one put skin the game when you've got no skin besides computer skills and driving for dollars? 

My father has been on the carpentry trade for almost 20 years (no Construction supervisor license) and i am also pretty knowledgeable about the trade, the plan is to work on the project together.
