Hello,

My Name is Matthew Burke going to keep it short and sweet. I'm 29 year old just starting out have been listening to BP for the last few months just trying to get as much info as I can. My father and I own a small new construction and replacement window company in the area. We have been to a couple local REI meetups. I know market is hot originally looking into some buy and hold rentals but would not be opposed to doing a flip.
