I have several investors who need bids as well as clients looking to do remodeling. 

As of right now I am working as a Project Manager for a family and have been taking care of their remodels.  

It is a 17 Pad site with 10 PARK OWNED homes.  8 of these 10 homes have been completely remodeled in the past 6 months; a nice job remodeling without being extravagant.  

Put in new SS appliances, painted pretty much every wall, did lots of little fixes (replace toilet seats, drain plugs, lawn care, etc).  

(leaking into basement currently)  Lots of water damage from upstairs bath plumbing leaking, both baths need full remodels, old roof, shody siding, old carpet, lots of other little small things.  

Evening Ken,Thank you for the welcome.I currently own one property working on the second deal now.I do general contracting, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, general remodeling interior / exterior.

A Redfin realtor walked through it and wrote that there was little inside that could be salvaged and that it'd need a full remodel.  

My husband and I are really interested in flipping a home, my husbands been remodeling homes for a builder for 35 yrs, we feel we can do this, and very excited to get started.

I let him know that I would be willing to do everything from running errands to cleaning toilets and that I am not desperate for cash so he doesn't need to pay me wither. 

If you're going to replace the kitchen, make sure you have everything planned to make the gut and remodel smooth.
