I suspect the jobs market and economic data is going to come to light after the election which will show the economy is not as good as we thought and potentially provide a little more relief on interest rates.

I am thinking about leaving my W2 job next year but my cashflow is still not enough to cover my expenses, but I have a good ammount of equity.

But i dont understand why even i have to even think about it.

Also, not looking for feedback about the value/necessity/negatives/ or need of doing a study.
