I have solid money management skills, and have a six-figure career so I'm highly confident in my ability to repay the credit card debt (if incurred).

While furthering my career I would like to get into the investment side of real estate as well.

Partnering with someone that has the on-hand cash, knowledge of past deals can be an avenue for you to have a low "cost" entry into your real estate career.
