Wholesaling Houses in Minneapolis

Hi all,

I’m new to real estate investing but a long time listener to Biggerpockets podcast and have decided to take action.

I don’t have the capital I need to really jump start my investing so I’d like to get into the wholesale industry. Here’s some personal background information about my situation. I work full time Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturdays) around 10 to 12 hours a day. My schedule varies daily making it hard to set appointments with potential sellers and buyers.

So my idea for getting around that hurdle is looking for a wholesaler I can partner with that can go to appointments, possibly have contracts signed, etc. Certain tasks can be negotiated. Would this be the best way to do this? I’m in the Minneapolis area if any wholesalers are interested!

I want to be able to make this work with my busy schedule so any advice is much appreciated!
