Abt Water management  Handles Rubs nation wide and for section 8 housing in US Virgin islands aswell.

They lived in Saipan, a tropical island in the Marianas in the western Pacific Ocean.  

These were all on the barrier islands so that may have made a difference too, but I doubt it.  

I'm from the sunshine island of Antigua in the Caribbean where I started my career as a real estate investor.  

However, we do get a few stays that are 3-5 days and those are usually guests that are visiting multiple islands.  

I’m aware of a lot of new development planned for these areas as my primary job is land brokerage.

I live on Long Island, NY, and, to be honest, the idea of buying a house for $20k seems like a fairy tale (unless you mean distressed beyond repair). 

I have a small buyers list within my database but after joining BP and attending my first REIA I know I will build a stronger base of buyers/sellers in no time.The opportunity is actually out of state in Rhode Island.

I live in Long Island, are you saying I won’t have to go thru the process if I set it up on Long Island?
