I'm from the sunshine island of Antigua in the Caribbean where I started my career as a real estate investor.  I am licenced to practise in the sunshine state of Florida and I am currently seeking to explore various aspects of real estate investing to include tax deeds, wholesaling, rehabbing and flapping.  I am mostly involved in long term investments in the Caribbean where I began my career.  I have worked in the financial services industry for 28 years mostly in the area of banking where I developed my attraction for entrepreneurship and real estate in particular. I built an apartment-hotel in 2006.  I'm hoping to build a network of business associates with whom I can exchange knowledge, experience and information that will be mutually beneficial.  As the adage goes "unity is strength" and "none of us is as smart as all of us".  It is with extreme gratitude and appreciation that I introduce myself to you.  Peace, love and unity!. Donna Chaia.
