only family/friend in his circle is his daughter who is a kindergarten assistant for the public school... only way to leverage her credit was to get her to take car and car payment... her income/credit can't take any more than that

Works for the county as a social worker.I think that this started as one small personal charge here and one personal charge there as a form of unofficial payment for handling the association's business and then spiraled out of control once the charges had gone unnoticed.I have only looked 6 months back.
