That is next to zero experience, you don't even have the required 4 years 'Journeyman level experience' that it would take to even get a General Contractor license.There are several GCs on the Forum that have had their licenses for decades, if you want $800 a month plus $250 for a site visit, then how much would these extremely experienced GCs command as a fee?
