Drove my accountant crazy.The life style they lead at home will cause neighbors being upset, very late night police calls and eventually either gang bangers or motorcycle gangs. 

Though if the wholesaler knew of Bob's interest he wasn't defrauded by Jill and John's action and there wouldn't be title insurance coverage even if the wholesaler received a policy.I suspect if Bob tried to file a police report about the situation he would be turned away because again, he hasn't been damaged by Jill, John or the wholesaler's actions. 

Example: my son and his friends booked out one of my houses- (I offered it as a graduation gift to them for their senior trip).

BLM, (15 times more murders under BLM nonsense), Crime & violence up exponentially under defund the police.

The 1st/senior mortgage is in covid forbearance but not in default. 

The Police have been involved but unable to catch him and put a stop to it. 

The city of Phoenix is "defunding" the police and decisions like that have consequences. 

If he touches you it's called assault and you then call the police immediately to report the assault.

I speak Spanish fairly well, I studied it up until my senior year of college, although I am a bit rusty, I can mostly manage.I was considering purchasing either 2 properties or a duplex-style house in which I can live and rent the other side, either long-term or short-term. 

A couple have called the police to see if it's legal for me to mail to them. :-) I just tell the cops that I buy properties, I send out a 1,000 mailers at a time and they go away.If I had 100's of leads coming in every day, as our friend Jerryll indicates he has, so many of those would fall through the cracks that I wouldn't know where to start and stop.
