I bring in more than I spend each month so this woulnt be an issue.The company that bought my business is now selling it.

There are deals to be made with properties like this as the owners are oftentimes motivated to sell quickly.

The best time to buy is during a recession and the best time to sell is when car sales are reaching new peaks.

They are considering selling it and using that cash to pay for a place near me and not having a mortgage.  

I track new construction zip codes every single one in our market that has more than 5 new builds that sell on the MLS.

This could be a great property to have a tenant payoff over time.If owner-occupied 2 of the last 5 years, you could sell and pay no taxes on the proceeds.Where would you invest the money for a higher return?

As for the loan, It would be nice if you found a property that would sell on terms...

Was talking to a co worker and he mentioned why don’t you sell the house and develop the vacant lot? 

I'm leaning towards selling it as the area doesn't appreciate very much yearly and I can buy more real estate in cheaper areas with the sale proceeds.
