I have 3 closings in the next 3 weeks and wasn't sure how all this will effect them.

In my market I haven't seen it effect rents.

So then last point if you as a landlord cant afford 1k one time in the course of a year then your not properly capitalized and you might want to re think your safety nets.

Scenario:For a single-family home rental property, the HVAC inspection identified that the furnace had a defective heat exchanger and needed to be fixed as soon as possible (safety hazards).

As I write this, Global business is effectively grounded.

Maybe lease up takes an extra month, but at the end of the day, if it really is a good deal, an extra month of vacancy won't effect things.

Given the trend of the past few days (written on 03/16/20) and the impact on the services industry and soon to be reverberating effects on the overall economy, I'm worried about tenants not being able to meet their rent obligations.
