There comes a point where if the customer is going to hate the loan officer at the end of the transaction no matter what, because the process was so horrible, I'd just as soon pass on the business entirely, and let some other LO take the hate and reputation impact.As of now, those types of lenders (ones so horrible I refuse to work with them) are the only ones still posting rate sheets for renovation loans at all.
