Hi, can someone recommend an agent in the New Port Richey, FL area that works with investors?

I am a Real Estate agent in town, and can help you locate properties on the market. 

For instance, maybe you can find an investor to work with or possibly work as a real estate agent or agent's assistant.

The owner or his agent (who could be a lawyer)  needs to file at the local JP.  

Check your local board and state rules, but you would have a vested interest in the property so you would need to let other agents know this when calling on and showing the homes more then likely.

If you are comfortable with this, you could even let agents in the area know about the deal and see if they have buyers.

My goal is working on network with other investors , agents and lenders that can offer insight
