That's important, because it could be as simple as someone removing a spouse or adding a Living Trust, neither of which represents a sale. 

You need to remove luck and chance from your business equation, and lock in massive success.

There are all sorts of nasty tactics that are used to make a listing unviewable - the one mentioned in the OP, the removal of the key from the lockbox, changing the lockbox combination, etc.  

On the quote, which was explained to me, my fiancé and my realtor, he charged $665 to install 266 sq ft in tile in the kitchen, bath and utility, $600 to remove the tile in the kitchen bath and utility and $300 to remove the shower in the master (which was plastic) and put up backer board for the new shower.

They were so kind to "remove" the late fee for the late payment and helped me make the late payment and the current payment.  

We are working on contacting companies for removal as I will not purchase the house without removal or a clean bill that the soil is not contaminated. 

If your goal is to obtain conventional mortgage financing, you could start by obtaining a copy of your credit report ... make sure it's accurate; challenge any inaccuracies to have them removed.
