Coming into the holiday season I thought this would be a positive reinforcement of all of our goals in REI.

So, expect them to blow their money on holiday spending and have a cry-story when January rent comes due.

I, the Leasing Agent and my husband maintenance we decorate for the holidays, give tenants "treats"  Easter, Valentines, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas we Love our investment. 

If this property is picked up hoping to start before December and finish before February - I understand there are holidays in between but I'm willing to pay a bonus if we finish on schedule. 

I just rented out my 2/1 in papio and had to relax my qualifications (I know... a big no no!) 

@Kendra Mattson Building additional units on existing properties is my bread and butter - happy to answer specific questions.Doing so under the proposed relaxed companion unit regulations has some important differences, but the construction and permit processing side will be very similar.  

So relax and focus on somethiing more productive.

You can't predict the future, or change the present, so I vote just kick back and relax and collect your returns :)

Foreclosure Moratorium panic, mid-term elections distraction, hammered with mailings, etc - could be a lot of factors.We're also coming into Holiday Season.

I know winter is coming up and I can afford to do the repairs and hold the home until the spring or after the holidays when I can get in a qualified renter.
