Is the quit claim deed notarized and recorded by the county?

A quick check of property tax records show that most of the owners have held the units for 15 or more years so I will have to see what’s in the condo docs to know for sure.

Seems like kind of an expensive route to go but since I am out of state, I can't exactly walk into county recorder's office myself.

Issue one: There are no wireless body cams that could record continuously long enough to be of any value.
