Hello friends,I am a new BRRRR real estate investor working and living in Germany.Just incorporated LLC in US and willing to buy my first rental property soon, The question here is the "Refinancing" part, As far as I learned that I cannot refinance unless I have a credit score, right?

Dwelling deeper I found that many wanting to wholesale believe that wholesaling is either real estate investing or a real estate business while being a real estate agent is just another “job”.  

Local bank loan Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

One thing I like about real estate over stocks is that there is always the underlying asset with RE, and it's rare for RE values to go to zero in good locations, but there is the risk of that happening in places like Detroit.

If you have any tips about house hacking or real estate in general it would all be appreciated!

Also remember that Real estate is a long-term play so even if the cash flow isn't a "home run" right now you can refi later and hopefully even pull out some equity you can put down on another one, bringing you closer to financial freedom.Thanks for reading BP!
