I use my annual bonus checks from my full time job and stock rewards to provide cash to finance my property investments. 

I have an S Corp for my real estate business, so for the past projects, I've just been keeping the money in the business account and providing monthly statements to my individual partner just so he's in the loop. 

Also, worked with Cameron at ProCo Insurance who also provided a great insurance policy at a very good premium on the home.

They are making it happen in the market and can truly provide great insight into market fundamentals and strategies that work in the markets you are focusing on. 

I would use all the tools BP provides and start analyzing properties.
