Have you found a source of information about the market that is updated and with val
I am working with my brother in Alleghany County, but much of the information we find is outdated or is based on national averages, which is useless since Pittsburgh is a city with below-average homes and many blighted homes. If someone can point me in the right direction I will appreciate it so much. We are trying to understand the development of the city to plan on our investment plan and portfolio.
