For a DSCR loan you won't need to provide a W-2 or any paystubs as underwriting is based off of the cashflow of the property itself. 

That said, most will (at a fee) provide mobile notary services.  

They have an inquiry form that asks for a budget (and provides an example of $10,000 a month).

The lease reads that they need to provide 30 days written notice to terminate.  

The more details you can provide a lender, the better since, on these bridge projects, we use your scope of work and materials to assist with determining the ARV of the project.
