The tenant states that he is concerned for the safety of his two little ones.I've notified each complaining tenant that they need to call the police if they suspect illegal activity and have talked to the accused tenant several times about correcting the issues until now with the drug related accusations.My wife recommended that we start a formal complaint process via mail which will eliminate the phone calls (and drama) and assist with documenting the complaints.

Hey Kyle, I am a broker a deal with leasing in Chicago. most of the clients I deal with do not want garden units since these units don't get exposed sunlight and of course uncertainty with security and safety. if you are thinking of investing in a garden unit just keep in mind they can be rather challenging to rent out.

Just my two cents, but for safety's sake, I would verify that the notice was genuine first by calling the municipal authority/agency responsible for generating such violations and notices to confirm that the notice was NOT a scam.
