A little about me.....I am 26, in my first job outside of college making 100K and will be paying about $1300 a month for my college loans over the next 25 years.

I was looking up the addresses of some properties I was going to follow up on that I've previously sent two yellow letters too.

I made sure my buyers contract included a way out if I did not agree to the HOA, since I could not review this information until I placed a contract on the condo.As I stated previously, I prefer HOA's on my out of state properties.

Yes, it might be the first thing--your gut feeling and such--but please run a background check and credit check, call their previous landlords and do a google search and such.
