The traditional way is to pass them off to the tenant but I wouldn't be surprised if Fairbanks tenants are wary of that practice as a group.

There are a variety of products out there for sound proofing ranging from practical to what you would use to build a recording studio ;-)QuietRock and other products like it are a double layer of (typically 1/2") sheetrock with a baffle between them designed to dissipate sound waves.  

In my professional life I am a CPA that is our of public practice, once the baby was born I couldn't do tax season anymore and spend the time with my new family that I wanted to.

Obviously, the latter would be preferred but I'm not sure of standard practice - or is it negotiable?

You don't have to have a script memorized verbatim, but practice what you will say if you get someone on the phone.  

I don’t think where you take the classes matters really, but I would recommend taking as many practice tests as you can/are willing to pay for.

It was easy to think just get out of rentals but obvious where we screwed up and learned not to vary from good rental business practices, even if it's the pope!
