v=2BNfRtb7TgY I've had people try to 'negotiate' away their PMI with me using a BofA quote (I've seen that article you linked many times, it was a great paid advertisement ahem excuse me 'news article' that went viral), and it's always identical to LPMI given the pricing on the day the "no PMI" Loan Estimate was generated.

I am not sure how much you follow the market but multi is very popular now so it will be hard to find on market deals but if you are interested in discussing more just let me know and I am happy to help in anyway I can.

I've been reading articles a lot the past year on flipping houses, especially here on biggerpockets, and i'm excited to get the opportunity to flip my first house down the road.
