Three follow up questions: 1)Another thing that I was thinking would be a pro with a Realtor is that it would cost the tenant extra money to get in the place which I assume if they are willing to pay would be a better indication that they are looking to stay longer and are financially more capable. 2) The Realtor doesn't' cost me any thing correct?
