The second picture is one my wife likes and wants to replicate, I'm looking for some thoughts or ideas, other color choices, etc.

However, they said I am allowed to do sales or commercial but I have to learn it on my own.I'm not sure if this is possible to do residential sales (without any experience or a mentor).I think I could do commercial (but maybe I don't see the full picture?).

They're getting deposits and stealing from potential renters by taking pictures from existing posts and posting the property as their own.I'd suggest using big watermarks across your pictures if you're not using them already.

Perhaps, I've been watching way too much Walking Dead, but with the boarded up windows, I pictured zombies were about to bust through at any moment.

They sent pictures of a home mold test they did as well as pictures of mold growing on his mattress (his mattress was not on a frame, it sat directly on the floor which got wet during the water intrusion).

Pictures helpful too.The problem is walls on either side cannot be changed.

The pictures show potential need for some siding, paint, perhaps roof work and porch work. 

Also assume you could simply sell the package to the above mentioned developers, but in doing so you would be out of the picture, but you wanted to stay in the deal to both, earn learn and gain exposure. how would you structure the compensation?
