Hi Tim,This property is a Duplex with a full basement that already has plumbing set up for a bathroom and kitchen, it can be turned into a triplex.

It will be a long-term rental (12 or 24 month leases).I have a Solo 401k set up but we're stilling looking for the right property to use it with.

I also have a Solo 401k that was setup with Discount IRA.

You may have some luck mailing those LLC addresses but many times those addresses are just the lawyers office who set up and is representing those LLC's.
