Such as sending my attorney the paper trail of email communications I’ve sent the payment company.

You will probably get pushed into lousy areas where the returns are all on paper and not in real life. 

He probably moved and never received the actual foreclosure papers, not that it matters.  

To pay X dollars and all the terms regarding the property (trash, towels etc) is this something typically that is only done by property management companies that are in STR's?

Looks like they may have thrown in the towel on the civil cases.

The trick though might be getting them to put pen to paper and getting the right person to sign lien release.   

@Jonathan Marcus 1-4 is residential yes, but if you have sufficient number of them all next to each-other (adjoining parcels) then you can get commercial paper against the package.

If we were to go this route, would I be able to change my mailing address to this location and not occupy one of the units and "live there" on paper?
