The first 2 can be problematic depending on your area.Also, people who are not detail oriented and try to to self manage can struggle with S8 because there is more red tape and paperwork.

It saved money, I didn't have to worry about it being dirty or getting a scratch while hauling tools or scraps around, and I wasn't flashing a "I'm rich" sign in front of tenants.I bought my very first new vehicle in late 2021 and am riding in style.

Penfed has a location on PR and may have a location close to you in FL. also look at the local Bank COOPs, they are helpful. outside of that you have the normal banks...oriental, Banco Popular, etc..
