I am trying to build the organization structure around my goals and not where I am at currently.

Things are quite harmonized within Europe for instance -- both its markets and legal system; they benefit from and have been implementing various schemes to ensure a seamless unified functioning market there for a long time.

It's a function of what I bill out so it works for both sides.
