All of the meetings that I see about ADUs are sponsored by builders who want to sell their ADUs.Are there others who want to build their own or want to share their experiences about building ADUs / converting outbuilding / navigating codes in Portland that DO NOT involve hiring one of these tiny house start-up companies?

Additionally, I have a partner who's a Financial Advisor and would also be involved in this venture.If anyone knows of any promising businesses in this space, I'd greatly appreciate any leads or recommendations.Thanks in advance for your help!

When it comes to choosing a college degree that aligns well with the real estate industry, there are several options to consider: Business Administration/Management, Finance/Economics, Real Estate/Property Management, Urban Planning/Development, Marketing, etc.Ultimately, the best degree for you depends on your specific interests, career goals, and strengths.

Best option is using an attorney to at least review the documents.

Is there anyone out there willing to teach/partner (preferably teach/mentor) me when it comes to wholesaling , lease-options, etc....been wanting to get started for years just need and want the correct assistance to help me!

I gain occupancy at the end of the month, and looking to begin on some of these projects then.I am a newborn when it comes to the real estate world, but I am trying to retain all the knowledge possible to become successful in this space - building a team, what type of real estate to enter, loan buying options and experience, location location location, you name it.

What other insurance options do I have to protect myself from liability?
