Public records are online in most states....google up the county Property Appraiser, Land Tecords, whatever it is called there.

if so, this is certainly possible. your deal just might not be that good, and you're using a lot of leverage (financing the downpayment) so it requires you to buy at a discount. for example if you're buying a retail home and using 100% financing, then it's unlikely you'll find the numbers work.

A business ID no. is typically just that State ID no. for your entity.....you have to apply to the irs, online for your EIN.
