Unless you're calling looking for someone by name you're going to get no response or some agent hanging around the office because they don't have any business.If you need a referral for an investor friendly agent in your area just post that request on BP and I'm sure you'll get some responses.

Many a Republican politician is (or maybe should be) rethinking some of what they've been saying if they want to hang onto their seat when they are next up for election.3. 

The office I hang my license at doesn't do anything with it either so I don't have a ton of experience on the ins-and-outs.

I just received my Florida Real Estate License a couple of weeks ago and I'm currently courting a few different brokers before I make my final selection on where I'll be hanging my license.I've been a member of the BP community for a couple of months but I'm just introducing myself and posting because I was completely focused on studying for and passing my state test, which thankfully I did. 

I will be taking my state exam next month since there is reciprocity,  and am looking for an investor friendly brokerage to hang my license with.

Deals can be found but they don't hang out on the MLS for a few weeks while everyone runs their numbers.

I'm a realtor and I hang my license with a brokerage.

My question is if any of you know any investor-friendly brokerages that I can hang my license with but also get the necessary experience needed as a beginner.I've heard that Keller Williams is a good one to start out at, but I wanted to hear some other peoples opinions.Thank you in advance!
