If no one is offering this it may be because no one has your brilliance and you have a great product or maybe because it is not wanted/expected.

Sometimes working in the rehab setting you get an advantage with spending more time with patients than an MD, I don't bring up that I buy RE with every patient, but if the conversation naturally flows that way and they talk about it it can leave a nice window.  

You would be surprised at the different loans and products these credit unions have.

Some banks may have a portfolio product with different down payment requirements but it will not be a conventional loan. 

Nature and provider of the utilities (city water or well, city sewer or septic, other utility sources and whether or not they are direct billed to the tenant or not)Age of the parkUnderground infrastructure age and condition (have there been any repairs?)

For both options the treatment will be using the same method but different product / chemical being used.

They make most of their money from the future sale of their products, although I'm sure they make a bit off the hardware and training, as well.
