I recently rented my 15,000 sq ft warehouse to a multi-state, A credit tenant.

Especially if you would like to eventually use the income from flipping to buy some larger multi family deals.

I’m still very new to real estate so my question is if I’m qualified to invest in real estate or if should choose a different vehicle to invest in. appreciate your response.

Being that I am from the area and familiar with most of the towns I have been looking into commercial and larger multi-family units there since they are substantially cheaper than here in FL.Best of luck to you in pursing your goals.
