I try to target smaller towns and higher cap's but will take a peek at Georgetown today, I'm still in the negotiating phase on one I'm looking at now, so nothing's set in stone yet, always good to look at other options! 

But in fact they started phasing it out years before then. the test is a none destructive swipe test.

I didn’t go to college out of high school, went in the military and spent 8 years learning a high-paying trade, got out and used those skills to get a well paying job, and now I’m doing school in my off time because I see people (mainly engineers) come into the workforce making close to what I’m making right off of the bat.
