If I were you, I would continue flipping the higher value homes that fall in your lap ($150k + homes) and keep the lower value homes ($80-150k range) for rentals as those will provide a more stable/consistent cash flow over a longer period of time.

Maybe there is, I do not know, but if you are doing things the right way I would say there is not a bad time to start.The key is to be consistent, and always be marketing, wholesaling business is really a markerting business, as is most RE businesses really.Just get out there and do it!
