Has anyone had experience with HVAC system failures due to electrical storms. 

Further, expecting a title agent to be competent in loan files is a wish waiting for failure.  

I always thought that real estate should be a team sport, not just with the out side professionals used in the process, but people with a direct interest in the success of your own business.That being said, I realize that my reputation would be seriously on the line either with success of failure.  

Small leaks can add over time such as toilets etc. i had some bills almost double from usual , back to normal after redoing most of the flush mechanism.

Usually the mechanical systems in these houses were replaced within the last 6 yrs which puts off any major costs in those areas any time soon. 

Your success or failure will come down to your team.  

i have to think in steps, because if step one falls through, then there is no point of worrying about step two. but then I start to think that if i dont worry about step two, then the success in the first step might turn into a failure.

My goal is to learn an be a student of Wholesaling as well as learning about how to rent out homes and one day quitting my day job as a Mechanic at the Boeing company and investing full time.
