Getting started in Fresno, CA

Hi everybody!

Just wanted to say a quick hello!  My name is Amelia and I live in Fresno, CA with my boyfriend.  We are gearing up to purchase our first 10-20 unit multifamily property in the next year or so.  I am an elevator mechanic and work in new construction all over California.

My first exposure to BP was via the podcast which has been an extremely valuable resource.  I look forward to exploring what this community has to offer and eventually becoming skilled enough to offer advice to newbies on down the line.

Have a great weekend!

@Jeff Zimmerman   We haven't started looking yet.  Still trying to get our ducks in a row before we take the leap.

@James Wise, @Jon Huber , @Frankie Woods   Thanks for the welcome!
