As a kid that grew up similar in that we got paid to work at home, kept accounting ledgers of money in and out and became entrepreneurial in nature looking for "business" in the neighborhood I don't think there is anything to worry about.

We are looking to meet others in the area with similar goals and experience in finding properties, financing and managing.

I'm looking for something similar to that that has a CRM built in.

Similarly you could personally buy back the shares, increase your position in your C Corp and therefore back your retirement account out of the position.
